HR Change Partners LTD was founded in 2009 by Val Laycock to provide HR Project Management and Training Services to large organisations using specialist HR skills and knowledge.
We supplement your own internal expertise to support and enhance development and implementation of in house HR programs that support strategic initiatives and local business assignments to realise measurable benefit.
We provide expert HR Project and Programme Managers to work with the Business to ensure the HR workstreams are effectively managed and implemented.
We provide and make recommendations for the most appropriate resources required to deliver HR solutions from analysts, designers, specialist learning suppliers, through to implementation support and post project analysis and review.
We can provide a full partnership model, or simply a helping hand who coaches your own internal teams to lead successful HR projects using tried and tested HR Project Management methodology.
